Do you live a healthy lifestyle?  Do you exercise regularly, and try to eat a nutritious diet?  It’s not easy is it?  Maintaining your health is about lifestyle. 

It’s important to eat a balanced nutritious diet every day as part of your healthy lifestyle.  You’d never put bad fuel in your car on purpose would you?  Similarly, we need to put the best fuel available, or the best fuel we can afford into our body, as a way of life. 

Maybe you need to lose weight.  Who doesn’t?  The statistics on obesity grow every year.  Do you go on a diet, or do you make changes to your lifestyle?  Most of us know by now that experts agree on the latter.  Wouldn’t it be great if we could go on a diet, lose weight, then go back to our old habits, but still keep the weight off?  But it doesn’t work that way!

Regular exercise is crucial to a healthy lifestyle.  We know from research that exercise makes our heart stronger, makes our bones stronger minimizing risks for osteoporosis, makes our muscles stronger which helps increase metabolism, and in general promotes a healthy weight and good health.

I agree about you lifestyle comment. When I became diebetic and had to do regular diet and exercise, I found that it was not just a matter of following rules but developing and attitude toward eatin especially. after awhile it becomes a habit.

I appreciate the roundup hub. It has a wealth of great hubs. It was also cool to see a Dr. Mercola video on the site. I supplied his fitness equipment in the gym behind him.
